Payment

Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until full payment has been received.

In our online store we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express via payment gateway PayPal.

Returns & Refunds

At Lilac Five, customer satisfaction is everything and we want you to be absolutely in love with your online purchase.

Should an item arrive damaged or faulty, please contact Lilac Five immediately at info@lilacfive.com.au, so we can organise a replacement or credit for you.

If you change your mind after purchase, we are unable to provide an exchange or refund, so please choose carefully.

When shopping online please choose carefully and be mindful that, while every effort has been made to ensure the product is represented faithfully, depending on the resolution, colour settings, brightness of your screen and other factors, the colour may vary slightly.

Discounts, Sales, Coupons, Promotions & Special Offers

No extra discounts will be given on products already discounted, because of sales, promotions, sponsorships or other marketing discounts.

Coupon codes must be entered at time of purchase into the coupon code box in the checkout page. Coupons strictly cannot be applied once the order has been made.
