The safety of our customers is paramount and we will be preparing each order with great caution.
Government social distancing guidelines will apply at all times.
Our Local Delivery Policy
Dried and preserved flower delivery cut off times:
-Friday 2pm for Saturday delivery
-Express service available Monday – Friday. Delivery times: 1-2 working days.
All items are hand-delivered by a floral courier.
If no one is home to receive your delivery, our courier will attempt to find a safe place to leave it, that is both sheltered and safe.
If this is is not possible, the item will be returned to our studio and re-delivery will incur an additional charge.
If incorrect shipping details have been provided, the item will be returned to our studio and re-delivery will incur an additional charge.
Please advise us in advance if there is a security gate at the delivery address or if you have any other concerns that you think may arise with the delivery.
We are more than happy to contact the recipient in advance to ensure the delivery process happens smoothly.
*We do not operate on Sundays or Public Holidays.
*We cannot deliver to PO Box or Parcel Lockers.
*We do not currently offer shipping nationwide or worldwide. But please watch this space.

At Lilac Five, customer satisfaction is everything and we want you to be absolutely in love with your online purchase.
Should an item arrive damaged or faulty, please contact Lilac Five immediately at info@lilacfive.com.au, so we can organise a replacement or credit for you.
If you change your mind after purchase, we are unable to provide an exchange or refund, so please choose carefully.
When shopping online please choose carefully and be mindful that, while every effort has been made to ensure the product is represented faithfully, depending on the resolution, colour settings, brightness of your screen and other factors, the colour may vary slightly.
